Categories serving WP 404 page

Sure sounds like Permalinks are broke.

I’ll look into the Permalink info tomorrow when back from work. You could very well be right, but why would it work fine for a couple months, then stop working?

So it looks like this is an issue with the /%category% I used for my permalinks? So why would it work for a couple months then stop working? I don’t get it.

Ok, took a break from working on the site. Now I’m noticing that it couldn’t be the permalinks, as one category is working fine.

I have the Event Calender plugin installed, and I’m thinking I might have also made a change to a Category template file…though I can’t figure it out.

Any ideas?

Hrmm… that is indeed odd.

Have you tried just “rebuilding” the permalinks? Go to Options -> Permalinks and flip to default, save, then flip back to your current settings, save again.

What’s your .htaccess contents look like?

Ok, thanks for the tips…I think I might have figured it out. Its only giving the error on certain categories, and I think I changed the template used for those categories…thus, my guess is I screwed something up. I can’t look into it right now, but will update if that fixes it.
