Categories Selection not functioning correctly

I have the latest WP Beta, and this issue started with 2.9 release. On the right side of my self hosted WP site, the Categories are listed. I can click “All Categories” or “Most Used”. The default is “Most Used”, when I select “All Categories”, the page scrolls to the bottom of the page, but the category tab is still on “Most Used”. Selecting All Categories to get to my other ones is not working. My Most Used would not be the same as my All, unsure why the highlighted tabs are not changing.
