Categories pages problem

The default sorting can be specified in wp-admin >> Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog:

The header picture is most likely added by your theme since WooCommerce by default doesn’t add such images to product category pages.

The category pages are controlled by template files:

Although each theme may display those differently and may add more elements such as this header image.

I’d suggest going through the settings of your theme, as well as settings in Appearance >> Customize, in order to figure out where this header is set.

There’s also a good chance you’ll need an additional plugin or code customization if you’d like to display different header images on different category pages.
