categories pages not found error 404

  • Hello, I’m new to this area so please don’t be too strict with me, I need a clear explanation to my issue.
    The parent category and child category do not create a page for my
    posts. The post is possible to create it, I can find it through the
    search bar also it appears in the archive area but when I try to
    reach the post through the categories, it links me to the error 404
    page. I tried to change the theme, to check and delete pluggins that
    may cause the issue and also I tried to change the permlinks but
    nothing helps. I also contacted my Webhosting Customer support, and they explained me that it could be a problem with the theme I′m using and they redirected me here.
    By the way, the posts are just sample posts.

    We check our theme and didn’t find any issue regarding category link. It may be some customization problem. We will tell you in detail how to customize site.

    Firstly Create a post – Go to dashboard -> Posts -> Add New -> please follow given screenshot and publish post.

    Don’t need to change any permalink just go to Settings -> Permalinks -> and select Custom Structure and save settings
