Categories not showing up

Did you go to Appearance > Menus and add the categories to your site’s menu?
And a link to your site would be helpful, as per WordPress Codex > Forum Welcome > Include as Much Information as Possible

The theme has a menu-primary and a topmenu. Your categories should go into the menu-primary (Primary Menu).
In Appearance > Menus, Select the different menus from the dropdown menu above where the main menu sections are.
On the left of the main menu section is a link “Categories”.
Open it, select the categories you want, then press “Add To Menu”.

I tried it in a few browsers, the “Add to Menu” button isnt doing anything at all…

If you are running the latest WordPress (4.4.1), then it is probably an issue with the Pillow theme which is a free commercial theme by SMThemes (https://smthemes.com/pillow/) and not found in the WordPress Theme Directory. So, please post your question on their support area (https://smthemes.com/support/).

These forums only deal with issues concerning the free themes from the WordPress Theme Directory.
Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your /custom/commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. The developers/vendors are responsible for supporting their custom/commercial product.

This is happening in the admin control panel, so its not the theme – The button in the cp isnt doing anything, I changed the theme to the default and tried to customize it but still the same problem..
