Categories not showing

I’m building a WordPress classified ad listing site with the (classified listings) plugin. The classified ad listing plugin’s widget for categories does not display the content of the categories- instead it displays only the description of the categories. I’m certain the issue is from my twenty twenty theme because when I changed my theme to any other theme it displays well. I love twenty twenty theme alot- it checks all the boxes for what I need for my site. The only issue is the display of categories. Please something needs to be done, Thanks.
