Categories not showing

I’ve just installed Event Registration & am trying things out.

First problem I’ve encountered is that I can create Categories but none are showing in the Category List or the Category dropdown when creating an event.

I have checked the database & the categories are there.

I can create events (but not assign them to categories) but I cannot see any fees, even though they’re getting into the database. Custom questions can be added & everything else seems to be work so far.
