Hi there!

That sounds super frustrating. Can you please copy and paste the system report for this site? You can find it under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

I suspect that there might be a plugin or theme conflict at hand here. To investigate whether that’s the case, you can follow the steps outlined here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

I have disabled all the plugin/themes and was still having this issue. It worked fine before the last WC update. I also repaired the DB, cleared any cache and did everything but reset WC to default.

Hi – sorry, I missed your reply! This is an issue that we’ve not heard more people about, so it does still sound like the problem is localized to your setup.

What theme did you switch to in order to test things out, and did you deactivate all plugins, or just the ones that relate to WooCommerce?

Can you roll back a version of WooCommerce using WP Rollback and let me know if that helps anything? If it does, you may want to report the issue on the WooCommerce repo: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce

I think I narrowed it down to Divi theme builder. Unfortunately both WC and Divi were updated around the same time. Apparently there are some incompatibly issues and I’m not able to rollback to anything. I’m working with them, but I’m not sure they are going to be able to resolve anything. I ruled out WC by using the Storefront theme. However, that will not work for my client which is a total bummer. Thx.
