Categories links not filtering results when clicked

    Hi, I have created a product catalogue and set up categories. I can’t get the categories links to filter to show only the selected catagory when clicked. Am I missing something in the settings?

  • Hi thememorialcraftsman,

    There appears to be some jQuery errors on your site, which might mean there’s a conflict somewhere.

    First few things we would suggest:

    1) Try disabling non Product Catalog plugins. Then try testing the UPCP sidebar filter.

    If it works: re-enable all plugins one at a time (and test catalogue each time).

    2) If it doesn’t: re-enable all other plugins anyway and try temporarily switching to another theme (such as the ‘Twenty Seventeen’ WordPress default theme). After doing that, try testing the sidebar filter.
