After updating the Woocommerce to 6.4.1 all went ok, except for the Categories subsection in Analytics. Some of the categories are not loaded at all in the table (a a circle for loading is constantly rotating), the data for sales on the respective row is missing. For the categories which are displayed the data for sold products is wrong. Sometimes insted of the name of a category, a tag name is displayed for some reason.

I tried disabling all plugins, changed the theme, imported historical data, cleared everything … still the problem persists. What could have happened to that Category submenu in Analytics?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

Have you tried clearing Analytics cache from WooCommerce > Status > Tools?

If the issue persists, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
