Categories Gone

    One of the sites I’m working on suddenly had all the of categories deleted so their menu’s no longer appear bc it was showing based on category.

    When I look at the DB all of the categories are still there, but do not show up in the plugin categories. Is there a way to get them back?

    Hello,

    For technical issues, we migrated the category in version 3.0.0. Did you updated the plugin recently to 3+ version from 2.2.71.3. Sometimes it could be a problem to migrate data for server reason. Right now, you can back to the previous version 2.2.71.3 and check the categories menu shows or not in the dashboard.
