Categories for Courses are not shown in Content Settings

Hi,

I have PMP with Paid Memberships Pro – Courses for Membership Add On. This addon adds courses and classes CPT. Categories for courses are not diplayed in Settings > Level > Content Settings so I can’t block content based on categories.

I believe this is a bug since it’s an official plugin of yours so it should be compatible with PMP for which it was designed.
