Everything has worked great for me, with the exception of categories. The shortcode displays all types of posts, but I need it to only be a specific category. I’ve tried using category ID and slug within the shortcode builder, but neither one displays anything. I’ve also tried replacing all of the double quotes, it didn’t help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Can you please provide me your full shortcode which you are using? so I will take a look, try to understand the scenario and help you my best.

    Shortcode: [bdp_post_list show_author=”false” show_comments=”false” content_words_limit=”77″ media_size=”medium_large” limit=”8″]

I removed the category from shortcode since it wasn’t working. I’ve been using a workaround of changing publish dates, but it’s not practical long term.

    Hello @allanq17

I checked the same shortcode with category id and everything is working fine. Please refer to the shortcode below

    [bdp_post_list show_author="false" show_comments="false" content_words_limit="77" media_size="medium_large" limit="8" category="cat-a"]

    or

    [bdp_post_list show_author="false" show_comments="false" content_words_limit="77" media_size="medium_large" limit="8" category="29"]

Can you please share the screenshot showing where you have added the shortcode with category parameter?
