Categories don’t displays “ALL” when open Sub-Categories

While checking your site I can see the issue that you are facing. However, I can’t replicate the issue on my test site.
I believe this is caused by the theme that you are using.

Can you please temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and see if the issue gets solved?

If so then you need to reach your theme’s support to get helped with this.

If changing the theme has no effect then please do a conflict test to find the root of the issue. Here is how to do a conflict test. → https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for the system status.

I took a look at your product category page output and the <div> with id secondary doesn’t match the one on my test site which is also running with only WooCommerce core and the default Storefront theme.

Can you first make a backup and then remove the Product Search and Product Categories List widgets and add them back in WP dashboard > Widgets > Sidebar?

You could also clear the cache on your WP Fastest Cache plugin and the instructions for doing so are explained on this article.

When opening the site or Shop page which has a Products Categories widget.

1. Products Categories display ONLY EVERY CATEGORIES and DON’T DISPLAYS ANY SUB-CATEGORIES

And when who Click any Categories then,
2. That Category displays its Sub-Category.
3. Other Category displays only Its Category (and doesn’t displays its Sub-Category).

I understand that the issue with the Product Categories List widget came back.

To perform tests without affecting your live site, you can use a staging site (your host might have that feature, but you can create it with WP Staging as an alternative).

Then, set your staging site’s theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot from your staging site.

I checked your site and found if I click on a sub-category it shows all categories and sub-categories in the sidebar.
Which is what you wanted in your initial request. Isn’t it?

Maybe I’ve failed to understand the issue properly.:(
