Categories doesn’t show in FAQ Group

    I have added a new group and assigned FAQ articles to the FAQ group and category. But the categories within the group doesn’t show under the site where the short code has been added. What’s wrong?

  • Hi @pagejumper ,

    Have you set the “Group FAQ’s By” option to “Category” in our FAQ settings? You can see it Helpie FAQ -> Settings -> Display & Layout.
