• The categories section goes missing in the automated email. But when I send a test email, it sends correctly. I suspect a bug. If you just want the numbers and not specific reports, you should be ok to use.

    UPDATE: The developers finally took care of the bug and it’s now fixed. That being said, this plugin is great for what it’s supposed to do. I absolutely recommend it.

    Hi, we checked, I could not replicate the issue, are you sure that in the dates you sent the report you had products that are assigned to categories?

    Hey Zorem,

    When I send a test email. It works fine. But not when I receive the automated email at a set time. Even though the categories are selected, the report does not include it. But if I click on the send test email right away, it includes it again. So, the automated email is not including the categories. The products works fine. Just the categories.

    Hi, We checked, there is no issue with the categories, it might be that you did not save the report settings and it might be that there is no data in your system, you will need to further investigate it on your website.

    Did you see the screenshots I sent you? It clearly adds the categories when sending a test email and does not add the categories in the scheduled email. Not sure how I can fix this on my end. Too bad that you don’t want to support. Unfortunately I cannot go with the plugin if it’s not working properly.
