Categories/Collections Not Importing

Hi ,

I currently have the premium version of the plugin there is no support on manual matching the values for import. I have managed to match values on an import but my products arent bring the collections/categories with them. I can no longer access shopify for an automatic import so manual is my only option what i need is a import value match for shopify to woo-commerce as my data isnt being imported properly. Thank you ??
