Categories: Can they have headers like links?

  • Hi,
    I wondered if there is anyway to have a header to certain categories, similar to what we have in links.
    For instance if I wanted to group all my local villages together that I comment on it would look like this:
    Local Community (this being the header)
    Village 2
    Village 2
    Village 3
    and so on
    Is this doable?

  • You could use the subcats available in the nightlies, and make Local Community the parent category to the villages. Then you’d just need to set the parameter for hierarchical display of categories. Does this sound like something that would work for you?

    Thanks for that – it sounds just what I am looking for ??
    I have just downloaded the nightly. and upgraded.
    I am not 100% sure what you mean by ‘set the parameter for hierarchical display of categories’
    Could you possibly elaborate on this please.
