In the directory sub menu I get a Categories button but it is not working – no drop down and no displaying of any of the categories.

How can I fix this and how can I edit the menu? (add more buttons or remove some)?

We’ve found this to be an issue with some theme or plugin conflicts. Can you provide a link for us to review. Also, what theme are you using, and do you have any other web-form plugins?

I had this same problem but I resolved it by going to settings, then the Appearance tab and selecting the box that says ” You can disable the Bootstrap CSS library if your theme already loads a copy, or if you want to use entirely custom CSS.”

It looks like you were able to resolve the issue. Did disabling Bootstrap help? Also your category pages are showing 404?
