Categories are not translated

Are categories shown translated at /wp-admin/term.php? Try to re-save them? Try to use the latest version of qtx from GitHub?

https://wanderlustbird.com/pt/destinations/africa/

but those others do not:
https://wanderlustbird.com/pt/destinations/asia/
https://wanderlustbird.com/en/destinations/north-america/
https://wanderlustbird.com/pt/destinations/south-america/

See the difference is also in the name format, a category appears:

Destination – Asia

and other:

Destination Europe (without the hyphen)

Which version of qtx you are using now to re-do categories? There was a problem of compatibility with WP 4.5: https://qtranslatexteam.wordpress.com/2016/04/23/release-notes-3-4-6-5/
