Categories and subcategories

I want to know how i can solve this category/subcategory issue.

i have 8 categories. under each category their are 6 subcategories and under 2 subs their are 2 sub sub categories.

now i want to have one page with only the 8 categories. if i click on a category i want to show a page with only the 6 subcats. And if i click on one of the subs that is have a sub sub cat. i want to show only that on a page.

so its like food->fruit> banana’s

food is a page, fruit is a page, banana is a page

if i click on banana’s i will see the posts
