Categories and products showing in one column

  • Hi,

    We have just upgraded yith proteo and all plugins etc to the latest version. Now all the categories and products are in one column. We installed a cache plugin and deleted the cache (as per recommendation in previous post) This did not work. What else can we try? The website is not yet live.

    Hi there,
    do you have an option to remove versioning and querystrings from resources? If yes please disable it in order to allow the browser cache to be rebuild.
    Also, if you have combined and minimized CSS, rebuild them.
    Other step, try open your website in incognito mode to be sure that issue are not related to browser cache. Please note that there are no bugs in the code to display only one products despite the options, the issue is related to minizations not rebuilt, browser cache not cleaned and in general to cache plugins not flushed.
