categories and footer problem

Hello everybody. Until now, I did not have problems to find answer on this (or other) forum for my requests about wordpress customization, but now I have to post a new theme here to find out a few answers about my problem.

I downloaded Zinmag Redux theme and changed it a lot. You can see my new layout at https://www.markoni4s.com .

As you can see it is a new layout at all, it’s not Zinmag redux thme anymore:)

My question is: is there any way when I write new post and put it in *Пробна* category, it shows in first box when is place for that. When I write text and put it in *АНАЛИЗЕ* category, it doesn’t show on the top, it goes in second box where is older text of the same category?

If you scroll down you can see four texts which is new categories, I filtered them to show only there, I made new php command which I put in bottom.php and in style.css I added style for that boxes.

I gues I can set in my Settings to show only one post, and then to make four more php functions where I’d filter all categories but one, and there it would show only text in one category, but is there easier way?

I hope you understood my question, it’s probably confused:) but I need help.

One more thing: my footer is protected by theme creator, it can not be changed, or I dont know how to do that. My footer.php looks like this:

I sent wmail to theme maker, but I did not get the answer. I dont want to remove information about theme, I just want to add some text, pic… How I can do that.
