Categories?

Thanks for the plugin. It was easy to create the new post type, but I can’t seem to find any way to add categories to the custom post type I created. I added some taxonomies, but when I create a new post I don’t see any way of selecting one. Is it possible to add categories and I’m just not seeing it? Thanks!
