    Hi

    I have just installed wordpress and have at the moment one catergory labelled “Uncategorized (1) “

    How do I get a list of categories to appear

  • You need first to create categories, then make a post into each one.
    Empty cats are not listed by default.

    I must be having a blank moment. I cannot see where I do this.

    Manage > Categories > Add new

    Does that appear on your admin panel when you login ?
