    Salve. Forse una richiesta semplice ma non sono riuscito a trovare come. Ho una ventina di categorie di prodotti e ho collegato con pixel il mio sito alla vetrina Facebook. Il problema è che i prodotti vengono inseriti random. è possibile far ricreare le categorie di prodotti in vetrina? Se si… Per i prodotti che vengono abbinati a più categorie cosa succede? Grazie

    Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! My apologies as I’m not a native Italian speaker and will need to reply in English but please feel free to reply in the language that is most comfortable for you. I am happy to help out here. ??

    The product category isn’t currently sent along with products when they are synced to Facebook, but this is a feature our product team is currently planning out and it will be included with future versions of our plugin. I can’t say when this will make it onto our plugin, so I’d recommend keeping an eye on the changelog and our email newsletter for regular development updates.

    In the meantime, while not ideal, I would recommend adding categories manually through Facebook’s Catalog Manager.
