Catching customers emails

I run an Amazon Affiliate site with about 50 products (just started out) and would like to have customers email addresses to send them “Best Deals and Astonishing offers” after they’ve been to Amazon to complete they purchases.

As they come through the site there isn’t any way to ask for their email addresses, so is there a plugin that will do this for me.
