catch responsive – comments are not showing in posts

Hi, im checking if comments apears in the posts pages, but they dont. i′ve try to put a comment test in this post:

So then, if you check it, you can see that the comments doesnt apears at the end of the post.
Ive check everething at the blog and theme configuration.

Someone does know anything about this problem?
