• This plugin may cause catastrophic failure of your website, especially where images and templates are concerned.
Contacting the company themselves has revealed they are fully aware of significant incompatibility issues with WordPress, other established main stream plugins and several common and widely used Themes.
It has been recommended to the company and to WordPress that this plugin be withdrawn immediately until the developer has corrected these issues.

    Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear that you experienced problems, and we had indeed been in contact with you via email. We tested the plugin thoroughly with the newest versions of WordPress as a clean install to ensure it works as expected, and we work to ensure our plugin works with other mainstream plugins and themes without causing issues. As mentioned via email, we would love to get more information regarding the error message if possible, it would help us get to the bottom of this.

Thank you in advance for providing more information regarding this.

    Thank you for commenting.
    However …
    1) You have not been in proper contact. That is a lie.
    2) Instead you informed me that the issue was the fault of WordPress or the multiple, already proven, plugin authors.
    3) Your plugin has been proven to cause these failures. The study was carried out with WordPress and the other plugin companies, all of which are mainstream, none of which have ever failed to engage, unlike your company.
    4) You were contacted for assistance over a dozen times before responding. You failed to meet even the basic customer care standards.
    5) You were provided with all the available data at the time of reporting the error. Your contention that you were not is again a lie.

… and 6) Your W3W company Directors have since confirmed that they are in fact very aware of several incompatibility issues which prevent the plugin from working properly, with WordPress and with other platforms, such as Drupal.

Your response is clearly designed to publicly belittle my response and obfuscate the true issue, by apportioning blame on your users or other reputable plugin companies, rather than admitting your plugin does not function. This is deplorable and unprofessional.

Recommend you take responsibility and remove the plugin from WordPress until you have fixed it. To do anything else is irresponsible and unprofessional.

    Do not contact me again.

    Regards

jeez. talk about a reference… @what3words please update us when these issues are resolved.
