Cataloguing a video game collection

Is it possible to use this plugin to create a video game database where users of my site can make a listing of their video game collection for other members to see?
I’m trying to do something like this but for WordPress:
https://gametz.com/user/FibroFreak78/Games.htmlAny user can add or delete games on their personal list that is already in the database. However none of the users will have admin access though. And I don’t want other users being able to edit other people’s lists.
