catalogues are showing multiple times

    hi! i have the latest version installed and there seems to be a gliche on one of the catalogues. There are 52 items in one of the catalogues but in the dashboard and on the catalogue page it shows as 146 (almost 3 times the amount). With the shortcode on the page is also showing the catalogue 3 times. Under the products page and category page it also only has 51 items. When i click on the category tab and look in the list of products, many many are listed multiple times even though they have only been uploaded once.

    Can you help shed some light on a fix? thanks in advance!

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried deleting your product list and reuploading your spreadsheet? We do not have this issue with the latest version of our plugin and would like to reproduce the error. If you could let us know if there were any changes made in the options or source code before the upload, that would be helpful.

    Could you also let us know if they duplicate in your database?

    No we didn’t try deleting and reuploading. The client didn’t upload the images by spreadsheet so she would need to reupload all the products. There were no changes made in the options or source code but wordpress may have updated itself automatically. no they are not duplicating in the database. it is only happening in one catalogue which is the one that has the most products. Can I send you the link to have a look. Where can I email you the details?
