    Hi there,

    We’e having issues with our catalogue:

    In the WooCommerce Plugin we’re seeing:

    • Products available 0
    • Products pending 0
    • Products need additional details 0

    When I click the refresh circle nothing happens.

    I see a lot of errors in the consol when accessing this page:

    In the TikTok catalogue page there are 30 products, but we have 200+ products.

    This is strange why only 30 products get pulled in and showing as none in the plugin.

    Is this a known issue? We’re literally running the latest version of WooCommerce with no fancy plugins.

    Hi @jethrohazelhurst can you please send the full logs so that the team can review?

    – Select WooCommerce on your sidebar menu
    – Select Status in the Woocommerce menu
    – Select Logs tab within Status menu
    – Type in “tiktok_for_woocommerce” in the search bar menu and select view.
    – Copy the entire log (drag and select all the way to the bottom of the screen to ensure you select and copy the full log)
    – Paste and attach the logs in a .txt file.

    Hi is there a secure email I can send this to? I’m not sure if there is sensitive information in the logs, I don’t want to just paste onto the internet. Thank you.

    UPDATE: I’ve sent the logs through to TikTok support with Ticket ID 701566.

    HI there, I’ve sent a few emails to [email protected] but am waiting for a reply for a few days now. I hear in the other thread that there is a fix for the catalogue sync issue?

    I have same problem.
    From 200 products on woocommerce, only 5 products appear in tiktok catalog and all with out of stock status.

    @jethrohazelhurst @schero86 please update to the latest version of tiktok for woocommerce (v1.0.4) and let us know if your catalog syncs. There was an update in this version to address the syncing issue. If not, we can revisit the logs from this latest attempt and continue to troubleshoot.
