I use this in two Woocommerce eshops. In both, the sync of the products doesn’t return any error, but the price that is shown in the Page shop is the Regular Price and not the Sales Price in case of a discount.

  • Hi @dantekavala,

Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

To get started, would you please tell me a little bit more about how your sale price is being determined? Are you using the built-in WooCommerce sale price field, or is this being set by another plugin or code?

Looking forward to hearing more about this.

    Thanks,
    Marcus

The sale price is from the core functionality of the Woocommerce. When I check the catalogue in business.facebook.com, I can see the Sales Price in product fields with the correct amount, but when I tag that product on a photo or create an ad, the original price is shown instead of the sale price.

    Hi @dantekavala,

Thank you for adding those additional details and for confirming that the sale price is syncing to the catalog. Since it is not showing correctly for tagged photos and ads specifically, I might recommend reaching out to Facebook directly for help on this. Currently, the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin does not have a specific integration with photo tagging and ads.

Would you please give that a try and let me know what they say?

    Thanks,
    Marcus
