    Hi

Our “Shop” page is not showing thumbnails even though each product has a featured image? When you land on the page the images actually flash up above their titles for a second, then disappear!

We have tried everything, clearing out plugins, every single woocommerce styling imaginable in the customizer, and also checked there is no custom CSS hiding the image. We checked other online support queries on these catalog images not showing in the shop and many mentioned its plugins clashing so we deactivated all and still nothing.

Please help as its obviously very important that the thumbnails show for the products on the shop landing page, its kinda the most important thing and out shop looks like it is wrong without them! ??

We are simply using the “shop page” setting in the Woocommerce backend and using what it outputs, just unfortunately not the chosen product image!.

Please see the link for page in question not showing the product thumbnails?!

We are using the “Ronneby” wordpress theme if that helps and all themes and plugins are up to date.

    Thank you for your time.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @picnmixmarketing!

I understand that you have already disabled your plugins to check for a conflict, but without success. Were you also able to temporarily switch to another theme, like Storefront to see if the issue is present there?

Another thing you could try is to regenerate the thumbnails from your “WooCommerce > Status > Tools” page, and see if that helps.

    Cheers!
