    Hi,

After update to the new version, I can’t sync products from my WooCommerce store to Facebook. Only 2 products are showing on my catalog. Can you help me to fix it?

    Thank you very much

  • Same problem here. only 46 products of 150 showing. CSV files only include this 46 and his variations.

    Hey @kaiod!

Thanks so much for getting in touch. It’s certainly strange that you are only able to sync 2 products out of your store, as it should use the same underlying sync function for all products! Perhaps there is some settings specific to the unsynced products that could be causing this.

To start with, could you please confirm that the un-synced products:
    – have a valid price (not 0.00) or Facebook price specified
    – is not a virtual product
    – is not excluded from sync by category or tag
    – is currently set to “Sync and Show” or “Sync and Hide” for the Facebook sync status
    – is currently in stock

If any of these options are not correct, then the plugin will not be able to sync the product.

@rgarcia045 to be sure your issue is the same as the original poster, could you also please confirm the above?

    Cheers!

    Simon.

    Hey @kaiod and @rgarcia045,

It has been a long time since we heard from you, so I’m going to mark this topic as resolved.

If you’re still experiencing issues please take a look at our documentation for more information and create a new thread if you have further questions.

    Thanks,
    Tamara ??

    Problem not solved.
    – have a valid price (not 0.00) or Facebook price specified.
    YES. HAVE VALID PRICE.

    – is not a virtual product
    Not virtual product.

    – is not excluded from sync by category or tag
    Its not excluded by tag.

    – is currently set to “Sync and Show” or “Sync and Hide” for the Facebook sync status
Is marked as sync and show.

    – is currently in stock
Yes, products are currently in stock.

Sometimes when I update the product the facebook id is added and then it starts to appear in the catalog. It does not happen with all products. I have tried, in which it does not seem to copy the same description, place the same labels, etc … with no luck.

    Hi @rgarcia045,

To dig into your problem in more detail, we would need to take a look at the debug logs of the plugin after attempting to sync a product that isn’t being added to the catalog.

This would require enabling debug mode at the WooCommerce > Facebook settings page. Updating the product to trigger a sync, and then sending over the log for today.

As per the WordPress support policy, we would be grateful if you could create your own topic for this request. Or if you’d prefer to share the log file with us privately, if the data is sensitive, then please could you raise a support request via our support form.

Once we can see some of the generated messages for the missing products, we can look into this further!

    Cheers,

    Simon.
