Catalog # on FFW configure page is wrong

Can you go through that documentation and see if it fixes the issue?

It’s worse than that. Ugh. After umpteen hours – is it possible to delete every page and then to start fresh again? I have tried other things that don’t work. Just want to start fresh. And if I delete all the pages, wipe out everything, will I still be able to use the name of my shop?

Can you clarify if you mean the pages on the WooCommerce side, or pages on the Facebook side?

You can delete or reset the products on your Facebook catalog by following the steps here.

Then, if needed, you can re-connect the plugin to Facebook using this guide.
