Catalog is not being imported from woocommerce to facebook

    Hi,
    I have installed facebook for woocommerce plugin.
    I have tried to sync products of one categorie. In commerce manager I can see that 2 items are added in the catalog. But none of the products are seen on the facebook page.
    I have followed the steps from this site for getting started with facebook for woocommerce: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#prettyPhoto/0/
    I have already checked that I have only one catalog, this had been created while performing the steps for facebook for woocommerce.

    Can someone give me suggestion what I can do to troubleshoot this issue further?

    I have already found out that I am not able to create a Facebook shop, because this is not supported in my region.

    So I have created the shop on the Facebook page. And connected the catalog with my business account. Is it possible to integrate this Facebook page shop with woocommerce using the plugin and the Facebook pixel?

    From what it sounds like you’re not able to set up a Facebook Shop due to a regional restriction but you did create a standard Facebook Page. From here you’d like to see if it’s possible to connect with the plugin?

    If I’m understanding that all correctly then no, the plugin would not be able to integrate with this page and would need to go through the process outlined in the support documentation.

    I was also looking to other plugins in WordPress to integrate with WooCommerce, like Product Feed PRO for WooCommerc. And Is it so, that the catalogs also would not integrate without the Facebook Shop?

    Yes, you’re right. The plugin you use doesn’t matter because Facebook doesn’t support your region.

    Okay thank you. I hope there will be soon plugins in wordpress that can integrate a website with Facebook, without the need of creating a Facebook shop. Because now I really do not know what to do, that my website can integrate with the standard facebook page shop.
