    Hello:
We are designing a catalog website for one of our clients and looks like your plugin is the one we need, if we make it work. We activated the product just to see how it blends into our design before buying it. The situation is that even when we created the catalog, added products and categories, when we paste the catalog short code [product-catalogue id=’3′] on the page, nothing happens. How can we make it work? Do we have to obtain a key in order to make it work?
Hope for your prompt answer so we can make a decision.

  • Final step you didn’t mention… You have to actually add the products to the catalog.

Yes we did “Products in Catalogue” 4. It looks like a straight forward process, just copy and paste. What Am I missing here?

Try the page preview rather than view page to see if it shows up there.

Are you using a special page template in your theme? If you switch to a different theme, does the catalog show? Does your theme have the_content() in the page template you’re using? If you put other content on the page, besides the shortcode, does it show?

    Hi @sibamega ,

Could you send us the link to your website’s product catalogue page?

Also, can you send us the exact shortcode you’ve used on the page?

I thank you for the fact that answered!

The copy of a Shortcode from the visual editor of wp:
    [product-catalogue id=’1′]

    Hello @sibamega

The situation I had has nothing to do with yours. In my case I was developing a Word Press Theme from scratch and even with the shortcode, nothing displayed at that time. In your case at least you see something. The way I fixed it was to include a Wysiwyg Editor using the “Advanced Custom Fields” plugin that allows my client to edit the content. That way when I pasted the shortcode the catalog displayed.
In your case I see that the catalog is not displaying the products. Make sure you uploaded the products to the catalog.
    Good luck!

    Hi @sibamega ,

To add on to what @webmasterpr said above, if you’ve already added products to your catalogue and the page is still blank, you can try replacing your current shortcode with this one:

    [product-catalogue id='1']

The shortcode you posted uses both rich and plain text quotes, which can sometimes cause issues in a site.

    Hi!
    I changed shortcode [product-catalog id= ‘1’] so that instead of apostrophes stood & #039;
However the catalogue did not appear. Under page title the blank white space.

Then I switched the editor of WP with text to the visual mode. At this moment the editor himself changed shortcode to an original form [product-catalog id= ‘1’]
Then the page returned to a status as I described it in the first message.

    I tried two expressions
    [product-catalog id= '1']
    [product-catalogue id='1']
    – identical result –> https://medspravki-nsk.ru/testpage/

    Hi sibamega,

It seems that there’s some conflict due to the page builder that you’re using. In what element in your page builder are you inserting the shortcode. Could you to try disabling the page builder for this page and see if that makes a difference?
