    Hi @123nadav,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

The Catalan language is already available in our web app. To access more language options, including Catalan, in the plugin, you need to connect the plugin with the CookieYes web app. This connection will unlock a wider selection of languages, allowing you to customize the plugin and offer Catalan and other desired languages to your users.

    Nice, thank you, appreciate that.

Btw, i have 3 different websites, in different language.

I can connect all of them with 1 account? or it can cause a problem?

    Hi @123nadav,

To add new sites to your web app account, you can connect the plugin installed on each of your three sites to the same web app account. By doing so, you’ll be able to manage all your sites from a single centralized account.

Once the connection is established, you’ll have access to all your sites within the web app dashboard. This will allow you to manage the cookie preferences, configurations, and other settings for each site from one convenient location.

Thank you for your answer, i actually have account, but i tried to connect it, and it’s not let me connect, its say my account is from the old version and i cant connect the plugin.

    What to do, guys?

To delete the account and open it again?

    Hi @123nadav,

Yes, in this case, you would need to delete the existing account. To do so, you can log in directly to the CookieYes web app at https://app.cookieyes.com/. Once logged in, go to the profile settings and look for the account deletion option within the “My Account” section. After successfully deleting the account, you can then proceed to reconnect from the plugin.

Ok, i made it, but i think the translation is wrong huh…

    Cookies in Catalan is ¨galetes¨

I look in more Catalan and Spanish websites, and i think have problem with this translation, but is ok. i made it.

Hope you fix it in the future.

Thank you a lot for your time. I appreciate that.

Btw, another issue i notice now,

Site get overload, or i maybe wrong and he gets blocked by WordFence.

Everything is very slow from the minute i connect to the app.

It maybe the scan, i have 100 pages its overload the server.

    Hi @123nadav,

The term “cookies” is widely used and understood in the context of the internet, regardless of language. While some languages may have a literal translation for “cookies,” it may not accurately convey the meaning or be commonly used in the same context. Therefore, it is generally recommended to use the English term “cookies” to ensure clear understanding among internet users, even if it is not translated into the local language. This helps maintain consistency and avoids potential confusion or misinterpretation of the term.

Does your website slows down only when the cookie scan runs? While there may be a slight decrease in site speed, if the reduction is significant, it’s important to investigate if any other plugins are causing a conflict.

During a scan, your site’s resources may be utilized which could result in a temporary reduction in speed. You can choose to ignore this issue or attempt to increase your site’s memory limit.

The site got overload, this because have more than 100 pages…

We don’t want to get more memory, it’s expensive (we have E2 machine on Google Cloud, it’s already expensive)

I think maybe you need to do some option for people with large websites (100 pages) to control the performance of the scan.
