Catablog – Make primary image larger

I have Catablog installed and working great. Thank you for creating this plugin. Is there any way to make the primary image on the single item template larger and not a thumbnail? I would like to keep the image to the left of the description if possible. I am comfortable with custom templates, PHP and CSS.
