Catablog Error

Hi lightwerkz, when you say…

I have been trying to delete photos and put my pictures in a different order using the catablog.

What exactly are you doing? Are you deleting the photos and then adding them again? Can you explain your current action.

I go into the actual gallery, and deleting by clicking the X in the photo. It disappears, and then when I click save, it gives me the error.

I have tried different different galleries and same issue.

The photos are not being added again and are still inside the catablog.

Hi did you update any plugin or the theme before this issue started?

The only thing I can of was the automatic wordpress update that gives me no choice but it update. But besides that, no plug ins were updated. I did update the catablog to latest version hoping it would solve the issue.

Can you go to the Systems feature and perform the following.

• First carry out the following Rescan Original Folder Now.
• If the above does not fix the problem do a Regenerate All Images Now.

Let me know how you go.

Did both as mentioned and still not working, any other ideas?

Okay can you disable all your other plugins except this one and try to delete your photos.

I have the same problem. The organization does not work in the gallery.
This is a big problem.
As a fallback solution I can see view the content catalog using the categories without galleries.
Organizing items can then be simply rewriting the numbers in the “Order” in the library or export library, and rewrite it in the exported file (XML or CSV). Then the rewritten file can be imported. This is probably the only solution. In the case of major modifications in the file can be used Notepad ++ or other advanced editor. Unfortunately, it’s too much work.
Organizing the catalog via the Gallery would be much easier. Unfortunately, the gallery is broken.
