Cast page/images not working

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I’ve always struggled to get the images working, but now something new is happening.
I can’t get cast images to display at all on Chrome, but I can get one cast hover image to display on Safari and Explorer, but with the later two the cast page comes up as not found?
Is anyone else having this problem, can someone please help!
