Casn I publish multiple posts to a staic page?

You can post all the content you like to any static page. You simply have to re-edit the page to add additional content. Technically, I don’t think “posts” are actually published on static pages. That’s why there is an option to select which one of your pages will contain your blog posts.

I want to create several pages and keep posting content to those pages.

That being said, I would imagine that you could create custom page templates ( possibly even by using a pre-existing template from your theme with some minor modifications ) for your pages that would automatically display posts from a specific category of your choosing, on any individual page. That might be something to explore. I’m not sure if there are any plugin solutions for that situation, but it might be worth a look.
