Cashing anchors

I’ve noticed that cashing with WP Super cache doesn’t work properly when I put to the browser the link to the page with anchors. That is:
1. When I cache the page without anchor e.g https://krainaaloesu-forever.pl/produkt/aloesowo-propolisowa-pasta-do-zebow-forever-bright/ when i add to the same link the anchor it doesn’t work eg. https://krainaaloesu-forever.pl/produkt/aloesowo-propolisowa-pasta-do-zebow-forever-bright/#reviews shows the content of descriptions.
2. When I first cache the page with anchor e.g. https://krainaaloesu-forever.pl/produkt/aloes-do-picia-naturalny-330ml/#reviews the page cached in this way that the content of reviews were addded to the content of description tab and reviews tab is not available e.g https://krainaaloesu-forever.pl/produkt/aloes-do-picia-naturalny-330ml/How to set setting to cache the anchors properly?
