Cashback not working with refunds and recharged orders!

    Hi, dear friends here we find some problems with cashback please check.

    1) We found that when client pay for order wallet adding cashback in balance and transactions with + cashback amount but when we refund for some reasons amount of this order cashback going stay at customer balance there is no – for same amount from balance and transactions.

    2) When we adding fees or new product at this refunded order for some reason after customer completing payment there is no cashback adding on customers account.

    there are really big problems for us because we selling service for fixed minimum commission and after we receiving order and we check how big will our work we refunding minimum commission and charging customer again for real fee to avoid unnecessary requests we working like that but we found that cashback system work unfairly against us when we refund and unfairly against our customers when they paying exact amount of order.

    I hope you can resolve this problem very soon but anyway please let us know how long it will may take. Thanks in advance!

    You can recalculate cashback from order action after adding new product to the order or after refund some amount.

    Subrata can you please make this an automatic process in next update, so when refunded it automatically recalculates the Cashback amount

    Dear friend Subrata Mal i think i did not explained problem clearly (because i don’t know English language so good sorry) function that you mentioned in fact not changing anything no matter do it manually or make process automated. problem exists anyway. I hope you understand. Thanks!

    @geqora We understand your concern and we found that there is a glitch in cashback recalculate function we will resolve this in our next plugin update.
