Cash Payout at a certain number of points via PayPal?

    Hi there,

    I was wondering if it would be possible to ‘cash out’ points for a certain amount of money, like when a user gets to 100 points they cash out and get $5 transferred from my PayPal account to theirs automatically and then their new point balance is zero, and there is a log of this transaction?
