Cash on Delivery shows up even for Virtual Products after update

  • Hi,

    Suddenly, I noticed receiving orders of virtual products and customers being able to choose Cash on Delivery.

    I disabled all the plugins and still cash on delivery shows up for virtual products (also marked as downloadable).

    What may be causing this? Is it because of the latest update? I strongly wish to disable COD for virtual products.
