Cash on Delivery restrict to one country only

    I am selling products to 3 countries; India, US, UK, and France. I have enabled 4 checkout methods; Cash on Delivery (cod) Razorpay, G-Pay, and Paypal. I want to restrict cod to India only and hide from other countries. could you please assist me. thanks in advance.
