Cash on Delivery / Pickup – maximum amount allowed is too low

    Is there a way to specify the maximum amount allowed for Cash on Delivery/Pickup? We are using WooCommerce.

    A site I have been working on, https://www.dinnermarket.com, has typical order sizes around $500. They also have Cash on Delivery (or in their case, Cash on Pickup) enabled. ** The problem is that any order over $150 will automatically REMOVE the option for Cash on Delivery during checkout. ** This is not ok for them, as they would like to have ANY order size available to do Cash on Pickup/Delivery.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
