Cash on delivery OTP Verification not working

    Hi,

    I’ve updated the plugin to the latest version, yet I’m unable to select OTP verification for COD mode of payment.

    I remember seeing it when I used the Version 3.2.34, but now, I’m unable to see it.

    Can you please help fix the issue?

    Hi Aravind,

    Do you mean you are unable to see the Cash On Delivery for WooCommerce OTP Verification in the Multi-Select Dropdown?

    If so then can you make sure that you have “Accept COD if the order is virtual” option enabled in the WooCommerce Checkout settings?

    It could be a browser caching issue. Try to save the setting after a hard refresh CTRL+F5 (windows) and Cmd+Shift+R (mac).

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification. Its working now.

    I’ve one query – Since the phone number is mandatory, how can I show a red asterix beside the label “Phone” to denote that it’s mandatory while making the checkout?

    I’ve tried looking up the plugin files but couldn’t figure it out.

    Aravind,

    The plugin handles this automatically for you. In case a user tries to do a checkout without validating his phone number of entering a phone number then he is shown an error message letting him know that he needs to validate himself.

    The phone number field on the checkout page is handled by WooCommerce so you will need to make changes there if you want to add an asterisk. I can help you with this if you would like.
